The customer on a quote is the record from the Customers module, and every invoice posts to their account. The Expenses, cash and bank module adds expected payments to your cash flow, so you know how much money is coming in this month.
If you use Stock and sales, you can turn recorded sales into an invoice with the product lines already filled in. With Online payments you add a payment link to an invoice and take deposits or instalments. In Projects and tasks, an approved quote becomes the starting point of the project budget.
The life of a quote
A customer asks for a price through the Unified inbox. You prepare the quote and send it as a PDF. They approve, the quote becomes an invoice and goes to GİB as an e-Invoice. When the payment arrives you record it and the account closes. Every step sits on one screen with its history, so you never go hunting for a document later.
Do I need separate software for e-Invoicing?
No. In Türkiye you send e-Invoice and e-Archive documents to GİB directly from CoSuite. Support for a local provider in Azerbaijan is on our roadmap.
Do I re-enter details when a quote becomes an invoice?
No. An approved quote turns into an invoice in one click with the customer, lines and amounts carried over. You can still edit it before sending.
Can I limit who sends invoices?
Yes. Viewing invoices, creating them and sending e-documents are separate permissions. Your sales team can prepare quotes while only your accountant sends e-documents.
How do I keep track of unpaid invoices?
Collection tracking shows the status of every invoice. When a payment is recorded the customer's balance updates, and outstanding invoices are listed in one place.
Can I buy Quotes and e-Invoicing on its own?
Yes. Every CoSuite module can be bought on its own. Add Customers, Online payments or Expenses, cash and bank later if you like; a 15% bundle discount applies from three paid modules.
