Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement covers the online purchase of the CoSuite subscription service and is drawn up in line with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
This is an English translation of the Turkish original. Turkish law applies, and the Turkish version prevails in case of any conflict.

BUYER: the individual or legal entity whose name or company name, address, email and phone are given at sign-up and in the payment step.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the provision of the subscription service for the CoSuite modules the BUYER selects and the Asist apps the BUYER activates through cosuite.io and app.cosuite.io, and the rights and obligations of the parties. Details of use are set out in the Terms of Use, and the processing of personal data in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice, which form annexes to this agreement.
3. Main characteristics of the service and price
- Service: an online software service (SaaS) made up of the modules the BUYER selects.
- Subscription period: monthly or yearly, as the BUYER chooses; unless cancelled, it renews automatically for the same period.
- Price: set per module in US dollars. In Türkiye, payment is taken in Turkish lira at the TCMB exchange rate on the payment date. The total amount including taxes is shown in the payment step before you confirm payment.
- Free trial: the first 14 days are free; nothing is charged before the trial ends.
4. Payment and performance
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the SELLER's payment infrastructure PaymentHub. Card data is processed by the payment institution; the SELLER does not store card data.
The service is performed instantly in electronic form once payment is confirmed or the trial starts; the selected modules become available in the BUYER's account. There is no physical delivery.
The invoice is issued as a Turkish e-Invoice (e-Fatura) or e-Archive (e-Arşiv) invoice and sent to the BUYER's email address.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form. The BUYER accepts that, in the payment step, they explicitly agreed that the service starts immediately and are aware that there is therefore no right of withdrawal.
During the free trial the BUYER can evaluate the service without paying and may choose not to start the subscription before the trial ends.
Where the BUYER is a merchant or a business acting for professional purposes, the withdrawal provisions of consumer law do not apply.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The BUYER can cancel the subscription from the panel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refund is given for a period that has started. If the service cannot be provided for a reason attributable to the SELLER, the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
After the subscription ends, business data is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
7. Obligations of the parties
- The SELLER must provide the service in line with this agreement and the Terms of Use and announce maintenance and outages in advance where possible.
- The BUYER must provide accurate sign-up and invoice details, use the account in line with the Terms of Use and pay the subscription fee on time.
8. Pre-contractual information and approval
The BUYER confirms that, before the agreement was concluded, they were informed of the main characteristics of the service, the total price, the payment method, the subscription period, the withdrawal exception and the SELLER's contact details, and that they approved this agreement electronically. This agreement is always available on this page and is also sent by email on request.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints and requests can be sent to hello@cosuite.io or to the SELLER's postal address. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In consumer disputes, the consumer arbitration committees at the BUYER's place of residence or where the transaction was made have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above those limits. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Balıkesir have jurisdiction.
10. Entry into force
This agreement is concluded when the BUYER gives electronic approval in the payment step and remains in force for the duration of the subscription.
