What ZooAsist does
In a vet clinic every patient is a file: vaccines, exams, inpatient stays and the owner's details. ZooAsist keeps that file on a digital patient card. When a vaccine is due a reminder goes out, and exam records appear together with their history.
With the pet-owner app, owners can reach their animal's information themselves. On the pet shop side, stock tracking, quick sale, the till and campaigns run inside the same product.

The CoSuite modules it provides
ZooAsist provides two modules in CoSuite. Clinic management is the sector-specific module for vet clinics: patient card, vaccines, exams and inpatients. Stock and sales covers stock, sales and the till. Both are priced per branch, and current prices are shown on this page.
Stock and sales is an adaptive module: in the veterinary and pet shop sectors it runs on ZooAsist, while in other sectors CoSuite's core Stock and sales module takes its place.
How it connects to CoSuite
ZooAsist is an independent, live product with its own website. CoSuite manages the account, team, permissions and subscription; ZooAsist does the clinic's work. You move from CoSuite to ZooAsist without a password and the subscription joins your single invoice.
The pet owner is recognised as the same customer in every app. For bookings, messaging and reviews you use CoSuite's shared services; the veterinary setup recommends Booking, Business profile and reviews and the Unified inbox.
Who it is for
ZooAsist serves two sectors: veterinary clinics and pet shops. Businesses with a shop next to the clinic manage both sides from one account. Existing ZooAsist users link to CoSuite through their verified email; patient cards, stock and settings stay where they are.

How do vaccine reminders work?
ZooAsist tracks the vaccines recorded on each patient card and sends a reminder when one is due, so you don't have to call every owner one by one.
I only run a pet shop. Is ZooAsist useful?
Yes. In the pet shop setup ZooAsist's Stock and sales module leads: stock tracking, quick sale, the till and campaigns. Reviews and social media modules are recommended alongside it.
My clinic and shop are separate branches. How is it priced?
ZooAsist modules are priced per branch. Choose the number of branches for each module at sign-up; the total shows on your CoSuite invoice.
I'm in another sector. Can I get Stock and sales?
Yes, but not through ZooAsist: outside the veterinary and pet shop sectors, CoSuite's core Stock and sales module is used instead.
