What StudioAsist does
A studio job starts with a phone call and ends with delivery, with a quote, calendar, contract, shoot and photo selection in between. StudioAsist pulls all of those steps into one flow. You see your events and shoots on a calendar and keep contracts on record.
At delivery, PhotoCloud takes over: your client views the photos online and makes the selection there. The client portal lets them follow the status of their job without having to ask you every time. Album design from the selected photos happens inside StudioAsist too, on DesignAsist's design engine.

In CoSuite, StudioAsist provides the Studio management module, a sector-specific module made for photo studios and priced per branch. The current price is shown on this page, and the fee sits on your CoSuite invoice next to your other modules.
When you choose the photo studio sector, the recommended setup adds Quotes and e-Invoicing and Social media alongside Studio management.
How it connects to CoSuite
StudioAsist is an independent, live product with its own website. Get it through CoSuite and your membership opens automatically; you switch to StudioAsist without entering your password again. Your client is recognised as the same person in every app, and you use CoSuite's shared e-Document service to turn quotes into invoices and send e-Invoices.
Already on StudioAsist? Your account links to CoSuite through your verified email, and your shoots and clients stay in place.
Who it is for
StudioAsist focuses on a single sector: photo studios. A solo photographer and a studio with several branches use the same flow; as you add branches, you raise the module quantity. Do I need separate software for invoicing?
No. With CoSuite's Quotes and e-Invoicing module you turn a quote into an invoice and, in Türkiye, send e-Invoices and e-Archive documents straight to the tax authority.
