Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the CoSuite service (cosuite.io and app.cosuite.io) provided by Eva Soft Bilişim A.Ş. By opening an account or using the service you accept these terms.
This is an English translation of the Turkish original. Turkish law applies, and the Turkish version prevails in case of any conflict.
1. Parties
Provider: Eva Soft Bilişim A.Ş. ("Eva Soft"), Work10 İş Hanı, Hacı İlbey Mah. Ali Hikmet Paşa Cad. No:27/C, 10100 Altıeylül / Balıkesir, Türkiye · hello@cosuite.io · +90 850 308 23 82.
Customer: the individual or legal entity that opens a CoSuite account. If you open an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it.
2. The service
CoSuite is an online software service (SaaS) that offers core modules such as customer management, quotes and e-invoicing, expenses and cash, stock, projects, messaging, bookings and payments together with Asist apps in one account. The scope of the service depends on the modules you select and is shown in the panel. Eva Soft may change features to improve the service; it gives advance notice of changes that remove the core function of a paid module.
3. Account
- To open an account you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for the security of your password and account; tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.
- Your business is responsible for the actions of the team members you add to the account and the permissions you give them.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for:
- Unlawful content or activities, fraud, or sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
- Infringing the rights, personal data or intellectual property of others
- Trying to break the service's security, access other customers' data or overload the system
- Reverse engineering, copying or reselling the software without permission
5. Subscription and pricing
- Subscriptions run on monthly or yearly periods. Prices are set per module in US dollars (USD) and shown on the pricing page and in the panel; amounts in other currencies are for information only.
- In Türkiye, payment is taken in Turkish lira at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) exchange rate on the payment date.
- The first 14 days are free. No card details are required for the trial and nothing is charged before the trial ends.
- Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the end of each period.
- When you add a module it is installed immediately; its fee is shown in the panel when you add it. A module you remove is closed at the end of the current period.
- Price changes are announced in advance and apply from the next subscription period.
- Invoices are issued as Turkish e-Invoice (e-Fatura) or e-Archive (e-Arşiv) invoices and sent to your email address.
6. Payment
Payments are taken through our payment infrastructure PaymentHub. Card data is processed by the payment institution; CoSuite does not see or store your card number. If a payment fails we will let you know; paid modules may be suspended until payment is made.
7. Cancellation and account closure
You can cancel your subscription from the panel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the service until then.
After the account is closed or a business is deleted, business data is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted. During this time you can contact us to export your data. Invoice records subject to statutory retention are kept for the period required by law.
If you detach an Asist account that you linked to your CoSuite account, that account and its data continue in the relevant Asist app under its own terms.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
CoSuite is a service performed instantly in electronic form. For customers buying as consumers, under article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply once you have explicitly agreed at payment that the service starts immediately. The 14-day free trial lets you evaluate the service without paying.
No partial refunds are given for a subscription period that has started. Where the service cannot be provided for a reason attributable to us, or where the law requires it, the amount paid is refunded. Details are in the Distance Sales Agreement.
9. Your data
The business data you enter in the panel belongs to you. Eva Soft processes it only to provide the service, in line with the Privacy Policy and as a data processor. You are responsible for collecting and processing third parties' data lawfully.
10. Intellectual property
The CoSuite software, design, trademarks and content belong to Eva Soft. During the subscription you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own business.
11. Asist apps and third-party services
Asist apps are independent products operated by Eva Soft; when you activate them through CoSuite, the app's own terms apply in addition to these terms. Third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google, the e-invoicing infrastructure and payment institutions are subject to their own terms; Eva Soft is not responsible for outages or changes in those services.
12. Service continuity
We take reasonable care to provide the service without interruption, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible. The service is provided "as is".
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eva Soft is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data. Eva Soft's total liability is limited to the service fees you paid in the 12 months before the event causing the damage. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, nor to consumers' statutory rights.
14. Suspension and termination
Eva Soft may suspend the account or terminate the agreement in case of serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment or a legal requirement. Where possible we give advance notice and time to export your data.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We notify you of significant changes by email or in the panel before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription at the end of the period.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year, and consumer courts above those limits. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Balıkesir have jurisdiction.
