Customer management (CRM): every customer on one card

Customer details scattered across notebooks, phones and three different tools? The CoSuite Customers module keeps people, companies, tags and account balances in one place. Bookings, invoices and messages sit on the same card, and a customer is recognised as the same person whichever app they come through.

What the Customers module is, and who it's for

Customers is the module at the heart of CoSuite. A salon's regulars, an accountant's client companies, a garage's car owners: each is stored as a person or company card, with contact details, notes, tags and account balance shown together.

It works for a one-person shop just as well as for a business with several branches. As your team grows, permissions decide who can see which customers and balances.

What you can do

Your customer list stops being an address book and becomes the memory of your business. Every record is linked to the other modules, so you enter information once and use it everywhere.

  • People and company cards: keep several contacts under one company.
  • Tags and segments: group regulars, new customers, overdue accounts or VIPs.
  • Account ledger and balance: invoices and payments post straight to the customer's account.
  • History at a glance: bookings, quotes, invoices and messages on one card.
  • Permission-based access: balances and sensitive fields need their own permission.

How it works with other modules

A new customer from the Booking and reservations module lands in Customers automatically. In Quotes and e-Invoicing you pick the customer from the list, and the account updates when the invoice goes out. WhatsApp, email and SMS messages in the Unified inbox are matched to the same person's card.

Asist apps use the same customer identity too. A customer who is a pet owner in ZooAsist and a shoot client in StudioAsist is still one record in CoSuite, so you never type the same person twice.

In everyday use

When you open the dashboard in the morning, you see who has a booking today, who has an open balance and which requests just came in. When you call a customer, their last invoice, last message and your notes are already in front of you. Planning a campaign or a reminder? Filter by tag, pick the segment and send the message from the inbox.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

See all questions →

Can I bring my existing customer list?

Yes. Your customers are stored as people and company cards, and if you want help during setup our team can work through the move with you. Imported records are immediately usable in the other modules.

Where does the account balance come from?

Invoices you issue and payments you record in Quotes and e-Invoicing are posted to the customer's account. You see who owes what without working it out separately.

Can my whole team see every customer and balance?

That's your call. CoSuite has 220 separate permissions and ready-made roles; seeing balances or exporting data can be switched on or off individually.

Will customers from an Asist app show up here?

Asist apps share CoSuite's customer identity. The same customer is recognised as the same person in every app, so you don't keep duplicate records.

Can I message customers in bulk?

Filter customers by tag or segment and send the message through the Unified inbox by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Bulk SMS and templates are part of the inbox module; use both modules together and your lists and messages meet on the same record.
