The right moment to ask
The best time is right after the service. Send the review request link to a customer whose appointment was completed in Booking and reservations, or whose job you closed in Quotes and e-Invoicing. You can send it over WhatsApp, SMS or email through the Unified inbox.
Because the customer is already in the Customers module, their card shows who was asked for a review and when.

Does the AI post replies on its own?
No. The AI only drafts a reply. You read it, edit it if you want and send it when you approve, so your brand voice stays yours.
How do I ask customers for a review?
