Platform services: the shared infrastructure every app relies on
Customer records, messaging, payments, e-invoicing and bookings are needs every business shares. Instead of rebuilding them in each app, CoSuite runs them in one place. They have their own screens in CoSuite, and the Asist apps use the same services through an API. The result: one customer, one message balance, one record.
Six shared services
Platform services are the jobs a business needs again and again across its apps. Each runs in one place in CoSuite and updates the same record, whichever app uses it.
- Customer identity: the same customer is the same person in every app
- Messaging: SMS, WhatsApp and email, with credits in one place
- Online payments: payment links, deposits, instalments, memberships
- e-Documents: e-Invoice and e-Archive
- Bookings: availability, reservations, reminders
- Reviews: Google Business Profile and review management
The same customer in every app
Whether a customer books on your website, writes on WhatsApp or gets an invoice, CoSuite recognises them as one person. Their bookings, invoices and messages gather on one card, and when an Asist app does something for that customer, it writes to the same card.
Your message credits live in one place too: whichever module sends an SMS or WhatsApp reminder, it comes out of the same balance.
Screens in CoSuite, an API for the Asist apps
Every service has its own screen inside CoSuite, where you manage the inbox, payments or bookings. The Asist apps use the same services through an API. When a sector app creates a booking, for example, it is written to CoSuite's booking service rather than getting lost in a separate calendar.
Apps update, the system holds
A connection layer sits between CoSuite and the apps. When an app moves to a new version or is temporarily down, the platform services keep running and pending jobs complete from a queue. A change in one part doesn't break the flow of your whole business.
Do I pay separately for platform services?
The services come with the modules that use them. When you take the online payments or booking module, for example, the matching service opens up in CoSuite and in the connected apps.
Are SMS and WhatsApp credits separate for each app?
No. Messaging runs in one place; whichever module or app sends a message, the credits come out of the same balance.
How do Asist apps see customer information?
Asist apps use CoSuite's customer service through an API, so a customer is recognised as the same person everywhere and their record stays on one card.
Could I lose records while an app is updating?
No. Thanks to the connection layer CoSuite keeps working; pending jobs wait in a queue and complete once the app is back.
