Online payments: payment links, deposits, instalments and dues

Waiting for bank transfer receipts, chasing “have I paid?” conversations and forgotten membership fees all eat time. With Online payments you send a payment link, take deposits and instalments, and collect subscriptions and dues on schedule. The money goes straight to your account.

Who should use online payments?

Businesses that take prepayments or deposits: appointment-based services, event organisers, hotels. Businesses that collect monthly fees: gyms, course providers, clubs and associations. And anyone who works with clients remotely and wants to get paid faster.

It's a flat-fee module, so the price stays the same as your team grows.

Ways to get paid

One module covers the different ways your customers like to pay.

  • Payment link: enter the amount, send the link, get paid
  • Deposit: confirm a booking or reservation with a prepayment
  • Instalments: split larger amounts
  • Subscriptions and dues: keep track of recurring payments

From invoice to cash flow

Online payments is one of CoSuite's shared platform services. A payment link closes the loop on collection tracking for invoices issued in Quotes and e-Invoicing. Each payment is recorded on the customer card and account ledger, and you see it alongside your cash flow in Expenses, cash and bank.

Used together with Booking and reservations, the deposit is tied to the appointment. You can send the link by WhatsApp, SMS or email through the Unified inbox.

The same layer as the Asist apps

The Asist apps use the same payment service. So a shoot deposit in StudioAsist or a clinic payment in ZooAsist attaches to the same customer and the same payment history in CoSuite. No separate payment setup for every app.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the money go?

Straight to your account. CoSuite keeps track of the payment and records it, and the customer card shows which invoice or booking it belongs to.

How do I send a payment link?

Once the link is created you can share it by WhatsApp, SMS or email. If you use the Unified inbox, you send it from the same screen and the conversation is attached to the customer's card.

Can I collect monthly dues or membership fees?

Yes. The module supports subscriptions and dues, so gyms, course providers and clubs that take regular payments can follow them from one place.

Which modules work best with online payments?

Quotes and e-Invoicing, Booking and reservations, and Expenses, cash and bank. Invoices, deposits and cash flow then move along the same record.
