Security and data: your business data kept apart, access under your control
Your customer list, invoices and staff records are your business's most valuable records. CoSuite keeps each business's data apart; a user of one company can never see another company's records. Within your own team you decide who sees what, and changes are written to the history.
Each business's data kept apart
Many businesses use CoSuite, but your data never mixes with theirs. Each business's records are kept separately; a user from one company cannot see another company's customers, invoices or files.
The same separation applies to agencies: each client is its own account, and switching between clients never merges their data.
Files open through signed, time-limited links
The documents, quotes and images you upload don't sit at a public address. When a file needs to be opened, CoSuite creates a signed link that is valid for a limited time. Once it expires the link stops working, so a shared address doesn't slip out of your control over time.
Granular permissions and change history
Not everyone on your team needs to see everything. Sensitive operations such as seeing salaries and balances, sending e-documents and exporting data each need their own permission. You decide who sees what.
- 220 separate permissions across 51 modules
- Role templates plus per-person access
- Every permission change written to the history
- Sensitive fields such as passwords behind separate permissions
If one app stops, your work doesn't
A connection layer sits between CoSuite and the Asist apps. When an app is updated or temporarily down, CoSuite keeps running; pending jobs wait in a queue and complete when the app is back. A problem in one part doesn't lock up your whole business.
Can another business see my data?
No. Each business's data is kept apart, and a user of one company cannot see any record of another. Even for agencies, each client is a separate account.
How do I decide who on my team sees what?
Choose a role template, then add or remove permissions per person if needed. Sensitive actions such as salaries, balances and exports need separate permissions.
Are my uploaded files public?
No. Files open through signed, time-limited links. Once a link expires, the file can no longer be reached at that address.
What happens if an Asist app goes down?
CoSuite keeps working. Pending jobs are held in a queue and complete once the app is back up.
