Stock and sales: products, stock and sales in one list
Know how many of each product you have left by looking, not guessing. The CoSuite Stock and sales module keeps your products and stock in one list. Record a sale, a delivery or a stock count in two clicks, and get an alert when stock runs low.
Who it's for
Any business with products on the shelf: a retail shop, a store selling online, a workshop or a small manufacturer. It's built for people who want tidy stock without installing complex warehouse software.
Pick retail or manufacturing as your sector and the module is part of the recommended setup.
What you can do
The screen is kept simple: the things you do most are a couple of taps away.
- Quick sale: pick the product, enter the quantity, save; stock drops instantly.
- Stock-in: record goods from a supplier and stock goes up straight away.
- Low-stock alerts: see products below the level you set.
- Counts: enter a physical count and record differences as movements.
- Movement history: follow when each product came in and went out.
Connected to invoicing and finance
Stock and sales works with Quotes and e-Invoicing: select recorded sales and turn them into an invoice with the product lines already filled in, so the same sale is never typed twice. Expenses, cash and bank adds supplier payments and receipts to your cash flow.
The customer you sell to is the record in Customers, so their purchases show on their card. If you want to showcase products on your website or social media, DesignAsist and SocialAsist work with the same account.
A typical day
In the morning you check the low-stock list and place your order. During the day you log sales from the quick-sale screen and see today's total in your business's own time zone. In the evening you record incoming goods, and at month end a stock count brings your records in line with the shelf.
Can I turn sales into an invoice?
Yes. If you also use Quotes and e-Invoicing, select sales from stock movements and turn them into an invoice. The product lines arrive pre-filled on the invoice form.
How do low-stock alerts work?
You set a minimum level for each product. When stock falls below it, the product appears on the low-stock list, so you see what to reorder at a glance.
What happens to differences found in a count?
When you enter the count, the difference from the records is posted as a stock movement. The movement history shows when and by how much stock differed.
Which module should a pet shop use?
For pet shops, ZooAsist's stock and sales module works specifically for the sector. Other sectors use the CoSuite Stock and sales module.
How do I try Stock and sales?
Choose retail or manufacturing as your sector when you sign up and the module comes pre-selected in the recommended setup. In any other sector, add it yourself. The first 14 days are free and no card is required.
