Cookie Policy
cosuite.io only uses the cookies the site needs to work and, if you consent, Google Analytics to measure visits. There are no advertising or personalisation cookies.
This is an English translation of the Turkish original. Turkish law applies, and the Turkish version prevails in case of any conflict.
1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website you visit stores in your browser. The browser's local storage (localStorage) can be used for similar purposes. In this policy both are referred to as "cookies".
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the site and the panel to work; they do not need consent and cannot be switched off:
- cosuite_locale: remembers your chosen language. First-party cookie, 1 year.
- cosuite_consent: stores your cookie choice (accept / decline). Kept in the browser's local storage until you clear it.
- Session cookies: keep your session and its security when you sign in to the panel (app.cosuite.io). For the session or until you sign out.
3. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ST5VMN3ZZB) to understand visits and improve the site. With Google Consent Mode v2 all permissions are off by default; analytics cookies are only set when you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner.
- _ga: distinguishes visitors. Google, 2 years.
- _ga_ST5VMN3ZZB: keeps session state. Google, 2 years.
Advertising and personalisation permissions (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are never enabled. Before you consent, limited measurement signals that use no cookies and do not identify you may be sent to Google. Google Analytics data may be processed abroad; this transfer relies solely on your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are used to provide the service (KVKK art. 5(2)(c)) and on the basis of our legitimate interests (art. 5(2)(f)). Analytics cookies rely solely on your explicit consent (art. 5(1); for EEA individuals GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules).
5. Changing your choice and withdrawing consent
You can change your decision at any time: the "Change cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page clears the stored choice, removes the Google Analytics cookies and reopens the cookie banner. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block strictly necessary cookies, features such as the language preference and the panel session may not work.
